1. Browse admin panel

  1. Open Internet Explorer or any other Browser in an internet connected computer.
  2. Browse http://www.sanitationbd.org. You will see the home page of National Sanitation Secretariat web page.
  3. Click the Admin Login link from green colored left-bottom portion of the page.
  4. The login page of admin panel will appear and that will look like the image below:


 

 

 

 

 

2. login admin panel

  1. Input your User ID and password in the User ID and Password field
  2. Press the Login button.


  3. If you provide a wrong user id or password you will see a error message
  4. If you provide valid user id and password the admin home page of your district will appear

Data Input:

3.a. Monthly Progress on Sanitary Latrine Installation

  1. Click on the link Monthly Progress on Sanitary Latrine Installation


  2. The following page will appear
  3. Select the month for which you want to input data
  4. Select the year for which you want to input data
  5. Select the Name of Upazila for which you want to input data ,
    you will need to wait some moment while the page will reload to get the Union names belongs to the Upazila that you selected.
  6. Select the Name of Union for which you want to input data
  7. Now input the data into the fields for various sources of sanitary latrine installation. You will get the total amount of Sanitary latrines in the Total field automatically.
  8. Finally press the Submit button.
  9. If there is no mistake you must see a message about successfully data insertion.
  10. If you feed data more then one time for a certain union for certain month of certain year, you will see an error message about data duplication

 

 

 

 

3.b. Quarterly Progress on Hygienic Practices

  1. Click on the link Quarterly Progress on Hygienic Practices from admin home page


  2. The following page will appear
  3. Select the quarter for which you want to input data
  4. Select the year for which you want to input data
  5. Select the Name of Upazila for which you want to input data ,
    you will need to wait some moment while the page will reload to get the Union names belongs to the Upazila that you selected.
  6. Select the Name of Union for which you want to input data
  7. Now input the data into the fields about hygienic practice
  8. Finally press the Submit button.
  9. If there is no mistake you must see a message about successfully data insertion.
  10. If you feed data more then one time for a certain union for certain month of certain year, you will see an error message about data duplication

 

 

3.c. Monthly Sanitary Latrine Production and Distribution

  1. Click on the link Quarterly Progress on Hygienic Practices from admin home page


  2. The following page will appear
  3. Select the month for which you want to input data
  4. Select the year for which you want to input data
  5. Select the Name of Upazila for which you want to input data ,
    you will need to wait some moment while the page will reload to get the Union names belongs to the Upazila that you selected.
  6. Select the Name of Union for which you want to input data
  7. Now input the data into the fields of various production centers, produced latrine and latrine distribution. The Total fields , , will get data automatically from their corresponding fields.
  8. Finally press the Submit button.
  9. If there is no mistake you must see a message about successfully data insertion.
  10. If you feed data more then one time for a certain union for certain month of certain year, you will see an error message about data duplication

 

 

     

3.d. Monthly Sanitation Coverage by ADP Grant of Upazila Parishad

  1. Click on the link Monthly Sanitation Coverage by ADP Grant of Upazila Parishad from admin home page


  2. The following page will appear
  3. Select the month for which you want to input data
  4. Select the year for which you want to input data
  5. Select the Name of Upazila for which you want to input data ,
    you will need to wait some moment while the page will reload to get the Union names belongs to the Upazila that you selected.
  6. Select the Name of Union for which you want to input data
  7. Now input the data into the fields about Monthly Sanitation Coverage by ADP Grant of Upazila Parishad.
  8. Finally press the Submit button.
  9. If there is no mistake you must see a message about successfully data insertion.
  10. If you feed data more then one time for a certain union for certain month of certain year, you will see an error message about data duplication

 

     

4. Change Password

  1. Click on the link Change Password from admin home page
  2. The following page will appear

  3. input your desired new password in the New Password field and repeat it in the Repeat Password field.
    Your password must be at least within 5 characters or more
  4. If there is no mistake you will get a message about success
  5. If there is any mistake you will get error message

    Caution: We strongly recommend not to change password if there is no need to do that. and please carefully remember your password when you change it. otherwise you will need global administrator's help to retrieve your user name and password
